Our Fees (USD Dollars)
Payment terms:- All to be paid in advance, to A Friend For You. Fees are non negotiatable and subject to change without notice.
Phone call (15minutes).......$25 (minimum)
(you call us)
Internet video chat......$60 per half hour
Personal Meetings - minimum two hours.
All the below rates are PLUS the actual expenses incurred (i.e. transportation, meals, drinks, theatre tickets, fees to enter museums or sport events, etc etc)
1 hour..........................................$250.
Half day... ...(MAX 5HRS )............ $500.
Whole day.. (MAX 10 HOURS) .....$900.
Longer periods can be negotiated on a one off basis upon request.
International travel is also possible, also upon request.
Minimum notice time 24 hours in advance of proposed booking . (This is to Allow time to set the meeting up)
In the event of a cancellation or deferment by you, of a meeting that Has been set up,you WILL STILL BE LIABLE to pay our fees to reach you ,or the point of the meeting ,If those fees have already been paid out by us. (ie train/bus /plane tickets, etc). There will be an administration charge of 10% for this, and for any cancellation or deferment.
A Friend for you, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone we think is not suitable for whatsoever reason.
